The Blues/Fox Exchange – Sweden 2017

September 15 @ 7:00 pm - September 17 @ 11:00 pm

We’ve been invited back to Sweden and this time it’s going to be bigger and better than ever!

Already we have over 20 of our English friends booked to join us for this and lots of our Swedish friends are looking forward to it too!

The plan is to create a social, friendly, inclusive weekend where we share our mutual love of dance with each other.
Rob Dix and Sara will be teaching Blues…
Jonas will be teaching Fox…
And within our social dance time we’ll be mixing in the Jive, Bugg, Tango, WCS and whatever else anyone wants to dance!

To make this as easy as possible for people to attend, Sara is helping to arrange travel and accommodation for our English friends, and Jonas is organising the event and catering when we get there. Fika is an important part of any Swedish dance event I believe!

Because travel costs change all the time, costs for the event are a variable.

If you would like to join the group travelling together then the arrangements are that we will fly from Stansted to Copenhagen early on Friday 15th September, then get the train across to Sweden and down to Karlshamn where the event is being held. We will return to Stansted landing at 23:15pm on Monday 18th September. Return flights were less than £70 when I last booked them, but this changes all the time. Return train travel is approximately £50

Rooming arrangements – we have a mix of single, double, twin and triple rooms all at varying costs from £35 per person, per night for someone sharing a twin or double room, to £59 per person per night for a single occupancy. To include breakfast each morning.

The event itself is £150 to include food, classes and social dancing. There will be a bar during the weekend too.

If you think you’d like to join us, do contact Sara via email at sara.white@bluesnites.co.uk or via phone 07921 633650 or via FB.

This is going to be pretty special!
